Rev. Fred Gaede
As of February 2013, Rev. Fred Gaede has joined Trinity Lutheran, West Chicago as Assistant Pastor. Fred will be assisting Pastor David Balla in the development of our Spanish language ministry. He is currently a student at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne in their SMP program. SMP stands for Specific Ministry Pastor. Rev. Gaede continues attending classes evenings and weekends as he works to complete his Masters of Divinity degree. After two years of study and examination, Rev. Gaede was ordained into the holy ministry on Feb. 1, 2013. Rev. Gaede continues working full time as Creative Director for a business-to-business marketing and communications firm.
Rev. Gaede is a graduate of Trinity’s grade school program and lives in West Chicago with his wife Valerie and two sons, John and Matthew.
